This realtor is the bomb! I told her what neighborhood to find a house in. Anne proceeded to send everyone in the subdivision a letter explaining she had a client that was interested. Two homeowners contacted her on that letter. And I purchased one of them. She even managed to have them agree on the very late closing date I needed. I used this realtor for another home previously purchased. Same deal. Told her where I wanted to be and she found a home before it was even listed. Anne listens to the client. And follows through completely. As a side comment, Anne always answers her phone!
