I can’t say enough about Anne Garber and how appreciative I am of her. My daughter introduced me to Anne, a realtor she had known for many years, hoping that Anne could help me find a house in a 55+ community something within proximity to my daughter’s home in Lutz. When I visited Florida last May 2022 Anne spent the day taking my daughter and I to different communities to get ideas of what type of house I was looking for. I did find a home that day and for the next 11 months, Anne kept me well informed, updating me throughout the process, visiting the site, sending me pictures of the progress and she called me every couple of weeks with updates. She was always extremely responsive to all my phone calls and questions, as I was living back in New Jersey until the house was completed. Finally, in April 2023 the house was completed.
