I can’t say enough about Anne Garber and how appreciative I am of her. My daughter introduced me to Anne, a realtor she had known for many years, hoping that Anne could help me find a house in a 55+ community something within proximity to my daughter’s home in Lutz. When I visited Florida last May 2022 Anne spent the day taking my daughter and I to different communities to get ideas of what type of house I was looking for. I did find a home that day and for the next 11 months, Anne kept me well informed, updating me throughout the process, visiting the site, sending me pictures of the progress and she called me every couple of weeks with updates. She was always extremely responsive to all my phone calls and questions, as I was living back in New Jersey until the house was completed. Finally, in April 2023 the house was completed. Anne has kept in touch with me and visited me to see if there was anything I needed. Anne is EXCEPTIONAL! She is very professional and personable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

I interviewed Anne in October 2022 in addition to two other agent candidates for representing me in the sale of my house in Spring Hill. She was head and shoulders above the other two candidates. She was on time for the interview and dressed in a professional manner. I asked some tough questions about the fiduciary relationship between buyer and seller which Anne answered without hesitation. She put her phone on silent at the beginning of the interview showing her commitment to the job. Anne was ALWAYS available to me. Rarely did I have to leave a message on her phone, she picked up first or second ring. She dotted her i's and crossed her T's. A true professional. Knows her business. She recognized immediately what my needs were and they remained top of mind. Anne also represented me in the purchase of my condo. She did not waste my time showing me properties that were inappropriate to my needs for safety, pet policies or price point. Always worked with my schedule and time line.
