Annalisa was a very professional Agent. She was very patient and always willing to assist in any questions a raising with the purchase of the property. She s very king anc understanding.

This is the third time that I have used Annalisa when purchasing/selling a home. Once for the purchase for this home, then again on the sale of this home. Additionally, she helped me find a home for my sister. Each time she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and an all around joy to work with. If you’re to sell or buy a home, you can’t go wrong with Annalisa!

As an out of state AND first-time home buyer, I was worried what the process would be like. Our budget and conditions made finding the right home incredibly difficult. Annalisa was up for the challenge, and searched tirelessly to find us the right home. She heard our concerns, took note of what we liked and needed in a home, and found us exactly what we were looking for! Annalisa was always available to answer all of my questions. Throughout the process she kept in close touch, and made sure to update and explain everything to me. We had a lot of hiccups in the loan process, but Annalisa was always patient, understanding, and willing to help a hand where needed. She is very easy going, and wants to find everyone a home they're happy with. We are overjoyed with our first home, and couldn't have found it without Annalisa! I HIGHLY recommend that anyone in the market give her a call!

If you're looking to buy a house, you can't go wrong with Annalisa. I came to her looking for something very specific, and she went above and beyond helping me find it. Not only did she show me far more homes than can be reasonably expected, but when I grew tired of looking and was ready to just pick one, she was adamant that we look until until I found something perfect for me. Needless to say, I'm happy that she was. Beyond the house hunting process, she helped me out every step of the way. When it came time for the inspection, she made sure to get everything, even things that I was willing to let slide, fixed by the sellers. She helped me through the loan process, as well as the closing. Even going so far as to help me get the automated locks on my door reset after closing. And to top it off, when I walked into my new home for the first time, there were amazing housewarming gifts waiting for me. Like I said, above and beyond. I can't recommend Annalisa enough. There are many agents out there. But just as she wouldn't let me settle for just any house, you shouldn't settle for just any agent.
