Anna was my seller agent for an Oak Park property. Besides being very demanding, I live 300 miles away in MI. Therefore, many improvements the rental unit required were managed by many text messages. A new kitchen was installed, including new countertops, backsplash, and hookup for appliances. This was completed successfully due to Anna's commitment as she became the general contractor for the kitchen update. She arranged material pickup and delivery and worked diligently with the installers. With the update, the unit sold easily. A job well done! Thank you,
