Anna was my seller agent for an Oak Park property. Besides being very demanding, I live 300 miles away in MI. Therefore, many improvements the rental unit required were managed by many text messages. A new kitchen was installed, including new countertops, backsplash, and hookup for appliances. This was completed successfully due to Anna's commitment as she became the general contractor for the kitchen update.
