Anna was very knowledgeable of the homes and the area. Without Anna's expertise and guidance I'm not sure our house would have sold. Her recommendations of flooring, paint, and upgrades were invaluable in helping us prepare our home for listing. Once we were ready to list, again she showed her knowledge of comparable homes and their value. Finally throughout the closing process, Anna was always there to keep us calm. Her expertise again shown through as she explained the whole process, step by step and tempered our expectations against reality. If I sold 100 more homes, I would choose Anna 100 more times.
