We've known Anna for about 8 years now. We did not write an review back when we first met her in 2013, so this review also covers what we missed back then. She was helpful, accommodating, and above all, genuine. After looking for a house for about 3-4 months, and couple of unsuccessful offers, we decided to call off the plan to purchase a house at the time. Anna was still happy to show us house when we were ready again. She never pressured us into any commitment and advised us on all aspects of purchasing a house as a first time buyer. Fast forward 8 years and here we are trying to purchase a house again. We contacted Anna of course, and she is still the same person, helpful, accommodating, and genuine.
