I'm certainly not one for writing reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience with my real estate agent, Anna Hall. From the moment my husband and I met Anna three years ago (while vacationing in Florida), we felt an instant connection. We were there to look at some properties. She could've easily assigned one of her employees to us but she took the time to personally take us on several tours. When we returned to NY, she conducted video calls with us to continue the home tours, long distance. Anna would always point out things/appliances that were outdated and needed to be repaired or replaced. She was always honest with us and that truly resonated with us. Anna was there for us, from making the offer and throughout the entire contract/closing process. Since we haven't yet relocated, Anna is literally our eyes and ears in Florida. We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done and continues to do for us. She is so much more than a real estate agent to us, she's like family. That's simply how she makes you feel.
