I have known Anna for several years as we worked together in education. She has always put her heart into her work whether it be education or real estate. So I knew right where to go when we were ready to list our property. We met up, got a market analysis, and we listed our home. After of course, making a few minor cosmetic repairs. We listed it for higher than expected, and got 20 offers within the first 36 hours. The offer we went with was way above asking. We want something we could put our stamp on, with a good price so we could pay cash. Well, we found it, and were able to close in less than 2 weeks. We really could not be happier. Now, we’ve already picked the new flooring, and it is scheduled to go in, our children got to pick their own paint color, and we can’t wait to move in. Thanks Anna for all your hard work!
