I worked with Anna for several months trying to find my first house at the height of the housing market craze. It was disheartening at times, mostly due to my limited budget and the competitiveness of offers. Anna always responded promptly to my messages, and more importantly acted promptly whenever I decided to make an offer. After months of looking, and a few accounts of bad luck, I found a very nice house at the top of my budget. I could have easily been outbid. I firmly believe that Anna's readiness and speed in writing up the contracts and making offers made it possible for me to purchase my house.
