Ann Truong

Ann is AWESOME! I have only known Ann for a short amount of time. I contacted her in December of 2021. She had a property listed across the road from my property that I had used for hunting a majority of my life. I had a few questions about my permission to continue to use the property while she had the listing. The property quickly sold. During my conversations with Ann I had expressed interest in selling my property as well. Ann meet me at my property in January of 2022 to view the property and discuss the possibilities. With that meeting I made the decision to list the property with Ann. I had a strong feeling that Ann could reach a buyers market that would be looking for property such as mine. Ann accepted the opportunity and quickly put the sale in motion. Within weeks an offer was made. With some negotiations I accepted the offer. She was very informative and a joy to work with. Ann is very knowledgeable, confident, and has a strong presence. Ann was the best realtor for my property. If a person is looking to buy or sale, Ann is the person for them. I will use Ann again in the future.
