Ann is thoughtful, helpful & honest. Turns out, selling a house is just as stressful as buying. Ann was very patient and listened to all of our particular needs. She gave constructive feedback and recommendations on small changes that helped the house show to its best potential. She helped us find the just right ask price to allow the market to work in our favor, and then helped us sort through the multiple offers. She called on her network of real estate agents and lenders to help gauge the best offer. And then facilitated a smooth closing. All in all, we’re very pleased with her service and the outcome.
