Ann Martin is a great realtor to use for either buying or selling. I have used her for both. Her knowledge for home prices in the area your buying or selling in is really great. Ann is very quick to respond to your phone calls or texts. She makes you feel like her #1 client no matter the price of the transaction. Ann is very honest and she always looks out for your best interest.. I would refer her to any of my friends and family. Use Ann, she doesn't disappoint.

My husband and I were torn between 2 neighborhoods and completely unsure of exactly what we wanted for our first home and Ann Martin went above and beyond what we ever imagined a realtor would do and found us our forever home! She always accommodated our crazy schedules to get us showing appointments and was a wealth of knowledge for our hundreds of questions throughout the process.
