Ann Martin

Ann Martin is a great realtor to use for either buying or selling. I have used her for both. Her knowledge for home prices in the area your buying or selling in is really great. Ann is very quick to respond to your phone calls or texts. She makes you feel like her #1 client no matter the price of the transaction. Ann is very honest and she always looks out for your best interest.. I would refer her to any of my friends and family. Use Ann, she doesn't disappoint.

My husband and I were torn between 2 neighborhoods and completely unsure of exactly what we wanted for our first home and Ann Martin went above and beyond what we ever imagined a realtor would do and found us our forever home! She always accommodated our crazy schedules to get us showing appointments and was a wealth of knowledge for our hundreds of questions throughout the process. Ann sent us daily listings and was always in contact with us so to make sure we didn't miss a potential opportunity to see a house that might have been a right fit for us. Aside from her patience, knowledge, love for her job, our favorite thing about having her as our realtor is that she treated us as family. She had us go through pros and cons of properties to avoid us buying something we just "liked" instead of "loved". She really kept us grounded and open minded. I'm hoping to never leave our home, but if we did have to buy or sell, I would use Ann Martin's services and I highly recommend her to all of our family and friends.
