My husband & I pride ourselves in increasing our odds of success in anything we do and finding a realtor to sell our home was no different. After 3 weeks of research we shortlisted 2 of the top realtors in the area and interestingly enough, AnnMarie wasn’t on the list. We took our home off the market last fall and AnnMarie knocked on our door to inquire about our plans in the future. To make a long story short, although she wasn’t on the original shortlist we uncharacteristically decided to select her to market our home in early spring 2018. The reason was simple. After engaging with AnnMarie it became clear that her energy and enthusiasm was contagious but it was beyond the chemistry we had with her; it was also about the ideas she shared to ensure we sell at the best price and at the quickest possible. Ideas are one thing but she also demonstrated she can execute on these. There were a number of challenges during the process but AnnMarie was always transparent and fully engaged to address each and every one. Even after the close, she continued to connect with us. We have moved over 10 times and purchased and sold homes within the last 15 years and by far AnnMarie stood out from the pack and we highly recommended her.
