Ann Marie was amazing to work with! I had a lot going on in my life outside of the sale of my home and I was very anxious seller. Ann Marie made herself available morning, noon and night. I typically touched base with her once or twice a day and she made me feel like I was the only client she had. Her responses were quick, friendly and efficient. Another broker offered me a lower commission rate, But I really wanted to use Ann Marie after meeting with her. There is no way that I would’ve gotten this level of service from anyone else. In the future, all of my family and friends will be using Ann Marie for their real estate services!
We really could not have been happier with Ann Marie! We were relocating from DC and were only able to see houses on the weekends. Ann Marie would send us listings and we lined up marathon days of visiting 6 or 8 houses. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the mechanics of buying a house. She invested quite a bit of time in helping us find the perfect place, which we eventually did.
