I have had the pleasure of working with Ann Marie twice. She helped with the sale of my father's house in 2022 after another real estate agency was a complete nightmare. She stepped in, cleaned up the mess they created and got it sold. She was an angel and I was happy to seek her assistance once again this year when it was time to purchase my own home. She worked quickly to get my tour of potential homes together and in less than 2 months I was moving into my new home. She works miracles!

Ann Marie is amazing at her job. She made the purchase of my first home very straightforward with no uncertainty. She is very good at her job and very attentive, whether that be answering emails, phone calls, or even sending out texts on week ends. She would email me properties that met my criteria for housing and always answer the phone & if she could not answer at that exact moment she would text me right away to let me know she would call me back whenever she was available. If you are looking for a realtor, she goes above and beyond for her clients, highly recommend.
