When we decided to buy our home, we were looking for a needle in a haystack property. When we met Ann, we immediately clicked with her style, and knew she was the right realtor for us. She was attentive to what we were looking for and got right on it with showing us listings. Ann was awesome to work with, and she made sure to show us anything and everything that came up, even entertaining a few that we found ourselves that turned out to be not so great. Once we found “the home” we wanted to take a chance on, she was right there every step of the way and walked us through the entire process. She went above and beyond communicating with the sellers, working out all the details we needed, and eventually we got the keys to our new home. I have had the pleasure of working with Ann Marie twice. She helped with the sale of my father's house in 2022 after another real estate agency was a complete nightmare. Ann Marie is amazing at her job. She made the purchase of my first home very straightforward with no uncertainty. She is very good at her job and very attentive, whether that be answering emails, phone calls, or even sending out texts on week ends. She would email me properties that met my criteria for housing and always answer the phone & if she could not answer at that exact moment she would text me right away to let me know she would call me back whenever she was available.
