When we were ready to list our home for sale we considered several different agents listing homes in our area. We choose Ann Marie's Team Platinum based on how they presented themselves compared to others. Her listings stood out by the way they described and displayed properties rather than the "cookie cutter" listings others appeared to be. We were extremely pleased with the way our property was presented in a slow market. She and her partners went out of their way to keep us informed from signing the listing agreement to close of escrow. She and her team arranged regular inspections of the property to ensure it was secure and operating properly. This was especially important to us since we relocated across the country leaving our house vacant during the process.

We cannot say enough about our real estate experience and how Anne Marie and Joe handled our sale. They were with us every step of the way and more! We knew exactly the selling process timeline and questions were handled expediently because of their real estate expertise and knowledge. Communication was above and beyond expectations. Moving is stressful but we had the best care and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy property. You will get nothing short of the best in service along with interacting with genuinely kind, good people!
