Due to an unexpected need to help out elderly family members with serious health issues, we decided to begin building a new home in WI, where they were living. At the time, we had not put our SaddleBrooke Ranch home on the market. After a number of very positive comments and recommendations from both buyers & sellers, we contracted with Ann Marie Camillucci to market & sell our home. The home went on the market in the winter of 2024/2025. Unfortunately, due to high mortgage rates, stock market volatility & other factors, the real estate market was soft. Ann Marie put together an impressive marketing campaign, including professional photos, videos & 3D tours of our home; professional flyers; extensive online postings and many open houses. She kept us informed of any feedback from those touring our house, as well as what was happening in the SBR & area market. She worked tirelessly to help us meet our goal of selling & closing on our home before the Wisconsin home closed. That entailed some price reductions which we fully approved. Our goal was met with a cash buyer who agreed to waive any inspections, let us pick the closing date & also allowed us to stay in the house for two weeks after closing for no charge. The timing could not have been better. We were able to pay cash for our new house, put a large amount of money in our bank account & stay in our SBR home until after our furniture was picked up by the movers. While we didn’t receive as much for our home as we originally expected, we were pleased with the result given the market conditions. Without a doubt, this would not have occurred without Ann Marie’s hard work & guidance. We would strongly recommend her!
