Ann Letulle

I am currently renting this property. Although Ann was very nice upon meeting her, she has not been helpful since I've moved in. I have had issues with the apartment from day one. The realtor nor landlord never mentioned to me about monthly water cutoffs and other things until after signing contract. Also, I have been dealing with an air conditioner issue as well as mold issue that the landlord refuses to take care of. And after saying she will let me out the lease a little over a month ago, Ann an the landlord sold the place without notifying me. Now they are saying I can't leave because I was the selling point in the new owners contract and no one will offer me his contact information. I gave my 30 day notice based on her telling me to leave and I have a new place that I have set to move into in a few days. I have not received any help from either Ann or the landlord to try and reconcile this problem.
