Ann Lenane

Between November 2016 and February 2017, Ann worked with my fiancé and I on the listing and selling of our two respective homes (in Denver and Genesee) and the purchase of a new. Our entire experience with Ann was professional and seamless (to us!). We know that behind the scenes there were a lot of balls being juggled and coordination of many dates; with our travel and work schedules, this was the area of greatest value that Ann provided. Ann and her team took the management of the transaction off of our hands and proactively kept us informed on what needed to happen when so that it wasn't a scramble. They also went above and beyond by making themselves available to meet with us and potential contractors at the new home while we went through the selection process for our remodel.
