We knew practically nothing going into the process, and thank goodness we were referred to Ann, because not only did she find homes for us to look at in our range and with our needs in mind, she basically acted as "home inspector lite" - telling us what we should expect to have to do to each house should we live there, what concerns we might have with them, what the advantages were of each, etc. This, combined with the knowledge of the areas in which we were looking, were matched only by the care in which she treated us and our family. Rarely in life does one have a service provided to them and feel truly taken care of, but I can count my experience with Ann as just that. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Ann is extremely knowledgable and connected in the industry, and she was a pleasure to work with from the moment we told her what we'd be looking for all the way to when we finally closed. She's also been extremely helpful with recommendations for other services - she was able to give fantastic recommendations for everyone from mortgage brokers to inspectors to contractors, and every time without fail when they would ask who gave the recommendation, their response was "Oh Ann, she's amazing", and after working with her for almost 6 months, I would completely agree!
