Having a Full Time Real Estate Company is very important to me. I have worked in Real Estate, Title Insurance and Mortgage Lending for many years. I am proud to be Certified as a Seniors Residential Specialist and work with many clients that are looking to down size or families that are trying to decide how to help their parents. I love having an Office in the Community and know my market serving primarily in Jackson, Calhoun, Washington and Holmes Counties. I love when people just need some Real Estate Advice. Best Broker/Realtor

The best thing that happened to me was having Ann referred to me to list my house. She sold it one day after I signed the contract. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She did an absolutely amazing job linking me with the perfect buyer for my house. I don't think I would have sold it so quickly with any other Realtor. She made everything so easy.
