We would like to highly recommend our realtor Ann Gupta based on the exceptional service we got for our home buying experience. At the outset Ann asked all the right questions that helped us communicate our requirements clearly. Ann actively helped us look at listings based on these requirements and provided us with insights regarding the neighborhood even before we visited the home. This helped us keep our search focused to listings that were truly interesting to us. Ann spent a lot of quality time with us during the home showing and provided many details that helped us evaluate the homes. Sometimes this included things that were important to us that we missed and this was very valuable as we skipped a couple of homes that we visited based on this input. Once we found listings that we liked Ann helped us put together very competitive offers. We found her market analysis and negotiation strategy very effective. After we entered into contract Ann continued to hand-hold us through home inspection, co-ordinating with the title company, walk-through and helped us sort out many details. During the entire journey, we were very impressed with the thoroughness as well as the speed of her communication. She was always punctual to our meetings and valued our time. She is also very detail oriented and overall we felt we were in very competent hands and Ann was looking out for us.
