When Ann Dimascio called me in response to my inquiry about a home on Zillow, she was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I asked to meet with her and she came to my home that day. We had a long conversation and I felt she was sincerely interested in helping me sell my house and find a condo to live in. I felt very comfortable with her right away. I did not need to look further. Ann always responded to every text and phone call immediately. She made a potentially very stressful situation go seamlessly. I never felt like I was a bother no matter how many questions I asked and she was genuinely interested in answering all of my family's questions as well. She is such a kind and patient person. I felt a bond with her from day one. Ann took care of every detail seamlessly. I felt no stress or pressure throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of every possible situation that arose was such a relief to me and my family. I honestly did not know what to expect when I started this process, and had only bought one home 19 years ago. This time was so much better because I was informed at every turn, and information came in the form of a kind, extremely knowledgeable person who never made me feel that any question or concern was too small or unimportant. I always felt like I was in good hands with Ann. Ann DiMascio is definitely and asset to your team and it was such a pleasure going through this process with her!!

Ann is an exceptional Realtor! She is the top dog in her field! We are a newly married couple expecting our first child. We were looking for a house to get settled in before the baby arrives. Obviously, we spent countless hours scouring the internet for the perfect home. When we met Ann, she had a similar list of the houses in the area! We were on the right page from the beginning. The first house we looked at, she was informative about all the things we should be looking for when looking at a home to buy. As first timers, there are a lot of things we would have overlooked if we didn't have Ann. We went to 3 open houses. You know what they say about 3? Lucky 3! And boy did we get lucky! We pulled up to the perfect house. We got out of the car, and there was Ann... like a concierge at The Four Seasons. We walked through the house, and we instantly knew. This is the house we would be putting in an offer. When we left, she returned to the house on her own to do another walk through! What a gem! That is above and beyond! We stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. We ultimately gave the offer that was accepted. Guess what? It wasn't the highest offer either! We were accepted, because the sellers preferred to work with Ann over the other realtor! How awesome?! She was so helpful, informative, and most of all she was so excited for us! We love Ann! She will be the realtor for our family and friends, and we are so excited to keep giving her the business! :)
