Real Estate is my hobby and my passion. I am doing what I love – working with buyers and sellers continues to enhance the excitement that brought me to this career. I started my real estate career in 1985 in Middletown, Delaware. I quickly became a top producer earning awards as Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent in residential sales. I was recruited into new construction and represented 5 builders in the middle Delaware area (Martelli-Davidson Development, J.T. DiFrancisco, Jr. Builder, Headwater Construction, East Coast Builders – Wild Quail Golf & Country Club in Odessa, DE - & Allen Builder) while also maintaining residential listings. I found myself in Fayetteville, North Carolina, when we were transferred with my husband’s job. Within one year of earning my North Carolina licence, I was a top producer in the Fayetteville area. It was there that I served many members of our military community with buying and selling homes. I have deep respect and admiration for the members of our armed forces and witnessed first-hand the sacrifices that they and their familes make on a daily basis. From the spouse that bought and sold a home on their own because their spouse was serving overseas to the unfortunate one that sold because their spouse was never coming home. Many times it was just me and the wife/husband with a Power of Attorney at that closing table. I have felt the pain and loss with the ones that were left for an eternity. Every single time, I walked away in awe of the strength, courage and fortitude that our military heros and their families possess. I am proud to say that I have a wonderful son-in-law serving our country. A retirement move to brought us to Florida and, again, I earned my real estate license. I have practiced real estate in Parrish, Florida, for the past four years. Within this time, I have sold over 22 homes, most of those in my community of River Wilderness in Parrish. I recently earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist® which makes me uniquely qualified to work with our senior population. I have also earned the Military Relocation Professional® certification and hope to serve our country’s finest again one day. As a well traveled mover myself, I understand the trials and tribulations that come with finding the perfect home and coordinating all the events to make it yours. In every aspect of my work I put my clients’ wants and needs first.
