We worked with Ankur Patel for finding a home in chicago suburbs preferably closer to schaumburg with good schools. He understood our requirements and showed us a variety of homes that matches our requirement with honest feedback. Finally we picked our home in Palatine. He actually helped us more than a realtor. He helped us finding good mortgage specialist, a good contractor fr re modeling our house, finding attorney etc etc. He is very helpful and good understanding of the chicago and suburban market.
