Anita Ricci assisted my husband and I with locating and securing a rental home. She listened to our wish list, continuously sent us options, and took us on viewings of the properties. She made all the phone calls to listing agents and arranged a lease signing. It took several months for the owners and listing agent of the selected property to make appropriate arrangements and Anita kept in contact with them to ensure the lease signing would go through. She also helped us negotiate repairs, painting, and cleaning of the property before move in. Anita was so helpful and we will definitely be contacting her when it's time to buy a home.
