Any s a smart person that has a great knowledge of the market, and a very diligent work ethic, she is always working for you. She performs every action with the highest moral standard and is someone you can trust fully to work on your behalf.

Anita has been a great resource in her market knowledge.

Anita, is a hard working and dedicated professional. She is very trustworthy and knows the real estate market and trends. Her technical expertise and advice was vital, as we made financial decision in upgrading our home (appliances, carpet, tile, and paint) to list on the market. She worked tireless with the appraiser and the buyer real estate agent to ensure that our home was accurately appraised. I would choose her again in the future as my real estate agent as choice.

Anita really took the time to understand our goals, our wants, and our needs. She helped us find THE PERFECT house for what we needed and our budget. She also had great recommendations for people she’s worked with for years to help on some really minor renovations. Loved having a one stop shop for everything to do with our new home!

During our two month quest , Anita was always there helping us along the way. It was difficult in this seller’s market as every property we were interested in became a bidding war over and above the asking price. She showed us many properties over a large area and always had time for us. She was meticulous in putting together reviews of the properties she thought we might be interested in. When we found a property we liked, she helped us quickly formulate an offer. She always had our best interests in mind. There were a couple of properties that were misrepresented for which we withdrew our offer thanks to the options Anita wrote in the contract. She was always there for us. Even though it took a while to find the house we wanted, she never gave up. We can say without hesitation she is an excellent agent who is always in the buyer’s corner.

Anita gave us the tools we needed and guided us in the decision making of the market value of the house. The Internet presence was awesome and professional. It was a changeling time and we made it through with the help and guidance of Anita. Thanks Anita

We experienced a completely great process in getting our home ready for sale and in receiving a quick sale with an outstanding price. Anita provides her clients with a broad range of excellent service due to her long time experience in the real estate business.

Anita worked with me on many details of preparing the house for listing. Each step of the way, she exhibited uncanny insight into what would appeal to buyers. She knew the market, the comparables, the pulse of the potential buyers... and all that, in the midst of this crazy pandemic. She never panicked, she never lost focus and never missed a beat. She was knowledgeable, professional, and confident, and friendly. The house sold for the asking price, days after listing. She is a brilliant realtor and an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend Anita and Living Waters Real estate.
