During our two month quest , Anita was always there helping us along the way. It was difficult in this seller’s market as every property we were interested in became a bidding war over and above the asking price. She showed us many properties over a large area and always had time for us. She was meticulous in putting together reviews of the properties she thought we might be interested in. When we found a property we liked, she helped us quickly formulate an offer. She always had our best interests in mind. There were a couple of properties that were misrepresented for which we withdrew our offer thanks to the options Anita wrote in the contract. She was always there for us. Even though it took a while to find the house we wanted, she never gave up. We can say without hesitation she is an excellent agent who is always in the buyer’s corner.
