Anita then offered invaluable advice on how to stage the homes for sale in a minimalist but inviting manner to attract buyers. Both homes for sale had multiple showings immediately with multiple offers and she assisted with evaluating the offers so I could pick the best one. Anita’s handling of all necessary documents was always accurate, easily understood and explained, and completed ahead of due dates which really helped during what is normally a very stressful occasion in one’s life. Anita is far more than just an agent. She takes on your venture as if it were her own. She's always available, always responsive and does a tremendous job. She sticks with you through thick and thin.
