We were looking for a home in the tri-valley area and were under a tight timeline as we had a loan rate expiring in less than 2 weeks. Once we got in touch with Anil, he understood our criteria right away and started sharing and showing us the homes. We were able to get in the contract in time a few days before the loan rate expired and he provided great support throughout the process.
