Never disappoints! I've worked with Noelle for over 20 years buying and selling multiple homes and she’s truly one of a kind. Always ahead of the game, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently thinking five steps ahead. I never have to worry because she’s already thought of everything. Simply the best.
We know exactly where to go when we have a need for realtor expertise. Thank you Angie and team for all you have done (on multiple purchases/sales).
Highly recommend!!! Could not have gone better. Living in paradise thanks to Noelle! Noelle lined up a busy weekend full of showings when we flew in for a weekend of “just exploring”. She clearly heard us on our priorities and helped coach us on a wide range of options. She was prepared and contentiousness of our time and budget. In addition- she made the remote process a breeze by meeting with the inspector and walk- through before we relocated from out of state. We consider Noelle a friend now as she was truly invested in our success.
Noelle was very attentive and helped us pivot and navigate the home search as needed. She was highly responsive and very quick to book viewings. I felt heard and prioritized. As a first time buyer in this state Noelle walked alongside side us until the very last step! So pleased to have found our home! I highly recommend the support of Noelle and Angie Morris team!!
Excellent experience! I would give all the stars if I could. They are truly experts in real estate and particularly Pinellas county. Believe me you need an expert here with all the things that are unique to this area. Florida and Pinellas county are not easy to navigate when it comes to real estate you need experienced realtors to this area. They know all the different neighborhoods, all the tricky regulations and partner with quality people when needed. We wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Noelle was great to work with, she was very knowledgeable with all the different areas and helpful in helping us find our home. She was informative with the real estate industry and was flexible with our schedules. Best of all, she never pressured us in looking for or purchasing a home, her concern was to suit our interests and needs.
Noelle Morris is a first-tier real estate agent. She is capable of melding with clients of different ages, tastes, and income levels.....understanding their wants and needs....and then steering them to neighborhoods and properties that fill those needs. She is warm, kind, unfailingly patient, and creative in her approach to her work. She will become a trusted adviser and friend. We liked the fact that either Noelle or her mother and partner, Angie, were always available to us. Because they also own rental properties, they have a wealth of contacts in the trades, banking, and insurance industries to refer clients. Having moved 10 times in our family history to date, we've dealt with numerous real estate agents. Noelle is among the very best.

Steve and Terry Marcum
