Unique situation for me living in NH and buying in Fla and not being on site, very professional and giving me all the information needed to make the deal so that I could make plans to get closing done in a weeks time was the best. Angie and Noelle helped our family find our new home! It was a fixer-upper and needed lots of TLC but we love old homes and we love the location. Angie helped us find plumbers, electricians, foundation specialists, etc and met them at the house along with us so we could make sure this was a project we were up for. After deciding to move forward, there were lots of extra hoops to jump through because of all the work needed but Angie helped to keep the process moving (and kept us hopeful).
