As a team leader, I am available to help assist buyers and sellers. I currently have a strong team with a buyer's agent, transaction coordinator, and wonderful lenders and title escrow officers I work with often. I also constantly update my preferred contractor list to assist getting a home ready to sell, or help buyers after closing find helpful folks for property maintenance and preservation of their most valuable assets.
I have successfully sold investment properties, mixed use residential and commercial, lots and land, flippers, investors, assisted developers with new construction, negotiated short sales, resold bank owned properties, and I have also sold farms too. I really enjoy helping families buy their first home, or help find homes as families grow or shrink. Past clients include those in the medical field, attorney's, other Realtors with referrals, law enforcement and military, as well as local or relocation assistance.
