As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Angelo was so patient, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time with us. Extremely responsive and excellent communicator. Quick to answer questions. Very friendly and supportive. We had not sold a house in 40 years. Angelo recognized and worked very well with our concerns about leaving a house we loved. Gave us good advice during negotiations with buyer. Overall, we are extremely pleased that we found Angelo and Mehdi and with their work with us. Sale price was at the higher end of our expectations given the situation created by the terrible Palisades fire.
