Working with Angelo was great. It started with just a simple phone call and some goals I had. It was then about a month to two months along experience of finding places. Not every place was a hit. But Angelo still did a great job of finding properties that would fit my needs. Angelo also had a really good sense of the market and we use tactics to help me land my first property at just 20 years old. I would say the expertise in the market was the biggest thing that helped us land a condo. Also it doesn’t really matter what kind of property it is, for example Angelo didn’t have a lot of experience of smaller condos in the area I bought in but we still made it work in a matter of only a couple months. I would definitely recommend.

Angelo was awesome! He shot a video of numerous properties, because we were 3 hours away. He helped us win the house bid in a multiple offer situation - 16 offers! We were $1000 over the second highest bid!! He helped navigate the buying process, with his great knowledge of homes. He negotiated money from the seller for closing and his in house lender got us additional money for closing. Out of anyone we’ve worked with, he by far is the best and most qualified.
