Working with Angelo was great. It started with just a simple phone call and some goals I had. It was then about a month to two months along experience of finding places. Not every place was a hit. But Angelo still did a great job of finding properties that would fit my needs. Angelo also had a really good sense of the market and we use tactics to help me land my first property at just 20 years old. I would say the expertise in the market was the biggest thing that helped us land a condo. Also it doesn’t really matter what kind of property it is, for example Angelo didn’t have a lot of experience of smaller condos in the area I bought in but we still made it work in a matter of only a couple months. I would definitely recommend.

We were $1000 over the second highest bid!! He helped navigate the buying process, with his great knowledge of homes. He negotiated money from the seller for closing and his in house lender got us additional money for closing. Out of anyone we’ve worked with, he by far is the best and most qualified. I saw an ad for mortgage assistance online and decided to see how the process worked(it ended up not being what was advertised, but it wasn't the fault of Mr. Dass). Almost immediately, I received a call from Angelo Dass. He already researched and found 3 different estimates of our homes' value. He was kind and professional and even though refinancing our mortgage was not an immediate option, he was able to tell me about a few other options including housing assistance, resume building assistance through a local church, job search locations, how to work my credit to get the best interest rate once we are ready to refinance, and that asking for help through our current lender may be an option. He e-mailed me information on all the things we discussed so I can talk with my husband about it later. I am so thankful for the wealth of information he provided and that he TRULY cares and wants to make a difference. And, the absolute BEST thing I can tell you is that he said they will be praying for us and hopes we are blessed and everything will turn out ok! I don't know if he realizes it or not, but that was exactly what I needed to hear! He went ABOVE and BEYOND and I am so grateful.
