Angella did an excellent job with the sale of my Encino condo. She did her due diligence on the HOA/management, even attending virtual board meetings to get up to speed with the community. I’ve noticed other agents with listings in the complex stick a lockbox outside and call it a day (there were 100 lockboxes outside). Angella toured each group, running laps around the large complex, ensuring all potential buyers knew the the ins and outs of my home and the HOA (and this one had more than a few). She also staged the unit beautifully and worked with my sister and I to understand the intricacies of the transaction.
