Angelia helped the reviewer sell this property

More Than A Realtor! A GODSEND!

It was an absolute blessing to work with Angelia Green on the sale of my home. I reached out to her rather last minute for her services. By that evening, she was already staging the front of my home, upgrading the numbers on my house, helping me find an affordable painter to make the inside and outside of the home more polished. She came with numbers for recent sales in my area, as well as how long houses tended to be on the market before going under contract. She was communicative, honest, professional yet so compassionate through the entire process. She was a fair and firm negotiator; and we were able to reach an agreement that worked for both myself and the buyers. It felt like a trusted family member walking me through it. The day before closing, the capacitor on my air conditioner broke! She was so calm and encouraging while I panicked of course. Within the hour, she had her AC guy come and repair it. I can't even find the words to explain how grateful I am for her. She was a Godsend through both the purchase and sale of my first home. Anyone would be fortunate to have her!!
