The day before closing, the capacitor on my air conditioner broke! She was so calm and encouraging while I panicked of course. Within the hour, she had her AC guy come and repair it. I can't even find the words to explain how grateful I am for her. She was a Godsend through both the purchase and sale of my first home. Anyone would be fortunate to have her!!
