Angela had been my decorator so I was already fully confident in her abilities. She was professional, knowledgeable, and on top of all aspects; sending me the appropriate listings, contacting realtors with questions I had about the properties, sending me Seller Disclosures and the HOA rules and negotiating the sale. I trusted her totally especially with the negotiations. This was my fourth home but I had worked with a number of realtors in the past and she was the best. She’s also very personable. I’m hiring her again for my decorator and I can’t wait to see her ideas.
