We went to look at a house in Tellico Village that Angela was showing. It was not for us but she said “tell me what you’re looking for in a house & I will find you a house” and she did ..we had been looking in Lenoir City at some newly built homes and just so happened the guy that had the one we were thinking about worked in her office. She made arrangements for us to see it ..,we decided to make an offer.She was able to negotiate a percentage off as well, very professional but very approachable. If I need a realtor she’s the one I will be calling.
