Angela was phenomenal; I did not live in Orlando and it was a contentious divorce settlement re: house sales. Angela was tenacious she never gave up even when multiple contracts/offers where signed and put in motion and there was non compliance.She should specialize in divorce home sales. She went the extra mileon so many occasions ie.. informing us of possible squatters on property.
I can proudly say we were Angela’s first clients. She helped me find my dream home back in 2018 and helped me sell it in 2024. She never let me take the cheapest offer because she knew better and knew the right buyer would come along. She’s amazing at keeping you on track no matter what. If I ever move back to Florida…trust that I’d be using Angela again!
The sale of our home was VERY difficult due to a divorce. Angela Carney was EXCEEDINGLY PATIENT and went above and beyond to get this home sold. She should specialize in divorce home sales; I HIGHLY recommend her, especially if there is IRS involvement, and parties are resistant to sell property, and cooperate with divorce agreement. She communicated wonderfully with me and looped me in each step of the way. This was a VERY lengthy process 1yr or there abouts; but she NEVER GAVE UP!!!

Angela was instrumental in helping us navigate the Orlando Housing Market. Our search priorities were school district, family friendly neighborhood, Location, and cost. In that order. What really separated Angela from other Real Estate agents was her knowledge of the school systems, both public and private. She was able to guide us into neighborhoods that met our criteria and dial in our search areas. She truly listened to our criteria and priorities. She did not bombard us with every new listing that came up in our search zones. Every property she put us onto was a match for our criteria, and when something good came up there would be a message in my inbox first thing in the morning. We ended up submitting 3 written offers before finding our new home. Ultimately, it was her due diligence, following up with the seller's agent that got us into the home we wanted. In the end we found a home that met all of our criteria and then some. If you are new to the market or just looking to upgrade, and family is your priority then you can't go wrong with Angela Carney.

We met Angela through a random call in response to a house that was on the market. We didn't know how important that call would become for us. Angela guided us through the long process of finding the right place for us (we had opposing ideas) in an area we knew little about. She knew the market in the new area and connected us with the people we needed from house hunting to inspection to lender stage and beyond to the vendors necessary to make our new house our home. She connected us to all the different companies needed to get set up in a new and unknown community. Angela was knowledgeable of all the things needed to complete the process and continually reminded us of what to do at each step. She communicated clearly with us in person, giving us the information we needed while we were with her, and through phone calls, texts, and e-mail when we were apart.
