I contacted Angela solely based on her many positive internet reviews. I was on a strict deadline to get into my home before a short deadline, and I wanted a real pro. Angela did not disappoint. She quickly narrowed down the search to my specific parameters. We made an offer and negotiated a deal from my remote location, which was put together electronically (great for my convenience). She maintained excellent communication with my mortgage broker and put me in touch with great insurers, inspectors, and other services, ordering services for me when she could save me time and effort. Whenever I had a question about the process, she was very responsive and knew what was happening. It was the by far smoothest and one of the quickest non-cash transactions I've ever experienced. I will be calling her again for my next real estate transaction.
