She gave us the respect of allowing us to make decisions after she had explained the process to us... The handling of the closure was done in a way that we didn't have to be at the original signing and closure of the sale.

When my budget fell through she was even there for me trying to find ways to help and keep me positive. From offer 1 to offer 3 we became family.
