Angel was and has been extremely helpful to my home buying and loan modification experience. He is knowledgeable and kept his word. That means everything to me. Angel put in good effort to accommodate me and made sure I was taken care of. I’m not sure it could of been done any smoother. When and if I purchase property again I know who my real estate is going to be.

Angel represented me with my home purchase. I moved to California from out of state and he helped me search properties while I was still living out of state. He was easy to work with and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home so I didn’t waste my time looking at a bunch of random homes. He also guided me through the process and not only did he negotiate a great deal/discount on my home, but got me additional money after my offer was accepted.

From the perspective of a person who has no experience with real estate, Angel has shown the upmost professionalism and patience during our search for a home. A solid agent all-around and I’m grateful that I could also call him my friend.
