Andy Spears and his team did an amazing job for us in finding a home to buy and selling it after years of enjoying it. If I could give Andy 6 stars I would. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family and still continues to be a solid resource post home purchase. Not only did he negotiate the best possible price with the seller's, he assisted us step by step through the purchasing process. Being a Martin County native, he brings an area knowledge that is second to none. There wasn't a single question, or inquiry left unanswered. We were so impressed by his real estate skills and exceptional integrity and professionalism, we have had him represent us in several other real estate transactions, both buying and selling. Andy is an excellent realtor with extensive area knowledge, and great integrity. He made our home buying experience a complete pleasure. For example, we had a couple of issues that became evident during the inspection process. Andy was quick to reassure us that he would negotiate with the seller's, and their agent in our best interest. He resolved all of our issues, and was able to get us a substantial reduction in price. As you well know, in this market, that is quite an accomplishment. We are currenlty in our new home, and couldn't be happier.
