My husband and I recently hired Andy to sell our house. Based on comparable properties and general knowledge of the market and the area, Andy helped us set the asking price. Soon after hiring Andy, he quickly uploaded the listing along with a video and pictures to MLS. The first weekend after the listing was posted, Andy held an open house. This made us extremely happy. We were not living in the house and did not live close by.
